These pictures are from our trip to the Texas Hill Country October 17th - 19th, 2003. The weather was clear all weekend though a bit warm at times. We had a great time riding FM-337 and SR-55. The only downside was I had a minor crash leaving Cooper's Bar-B-Que in Llano.

Good thing I wore my leathers, I must have slid 6 inches when I crashed at Cooper's.

We stayed at the Days Inn in Kerrville. Due to reservation and room price issues we will be staying elsewhere next time.

Gas stop before the Saturday morning ride.

Jory and I at the rest stop.

The Hill Country is the most beautiful part of Texas in my opinion.

FM-337 is very scenic and fun to ride.

Stopping in Camp Wood.

We visited the Lone Star Motorcycle Museum on FM-187 near Vanderpool.

This 100th anniversary Harley is the only new bike in the museum.

Greg on an Indian. Click here to see more pictures of the museum.

Loaded up for the ride home on Sunday.

On the way home we stopped at Enchanted Rock.
